TRIKAAYA Advanced Dermatology & Regenerative Wellness

Pigmentation, Melasma & Uneven Tone

Photo-acoustic Q-switched lasers and medical brightening infusions.

CLINICAL OVERVIEW

Pigmentation is highly common in Indian skin. Dark spots, tanning, freckles, melasma, and post-acne marks occur when skin produces excess melanin. Our Pigmentation & Melasma Program uses the TRI-BEAM Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser. We do not rely on aggressive bleaching, but focus on restoring clarity, balance, and radiance safely without triggering rebound hyperpigmentation.

Primary Indications & Targets

Melasma and hormonally triggered patches
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (acne dark marks)
Sun damage, tanning, age spots, and freckles
Uneven skin tone and environmental dullness
THE TRIKAAYA APPROACH

"Pigmentation correction is not about aggressive skin bleaching. It requires understanding the pigment depth and choosing gentle, cool energy-based treatments to prevent rebound responses."

Available Modalities

TRI-BEAM Q-Switch Laser Toning

Low-energy photo-acoustic treatment designed to break down sub-surface pigment particles non-thermally, making it highly safe for melasma.

Hollywood Laser Facial (Carbon Peel)

Sweeps away superficial dead cells and purges congested pores using a liquid carbon mask and long-pulse Nd:YAG passes to restore a radiant glow.

Pigment-Regulating Clinical Peels

Buffered, medical-grade organic acid peels to accelerate epidermal cell turnover and fade localized patches.

Ideal Candidates

Individuals with stubborn melasma that worsens under heat
Patients with uneven skin tones, severe tanning, or sun spots
Those wanting clear, light-reflective skin texture and pigment control

Your Treatment Journey

2

Skin barrier preparation using mild antioxidants

3

Laser sweep (Toning / Carbon Peel) with eye protection

Expected Results Timeline
